Three-years of management/ entrepreneurial experience.
Five- years of relevant work exp.
Exploratory visit and interview.
Submit business and resettlement plan to implement within two-years of arrival before receiving nomination for PR.
WP will be granted for the two-year period before nomination.

Meet the minimum criteria for FSW, FST or CEC.
Have an Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker Code.
Job offer NOC 0, A, B from Yukon employer.
Plan to live and work in Yukon.

SKILLED WORKER

Job offer NOC 0, A, B.
One year of related work experience.
High school diploma.
Valid WP if already working in Yukon (implied status not accepted).
NOC 0, A: CELPIP 7/ IELTS 6/ TEF 4.
NOC B: CELPIP 5/ IELTS 5/ TEF 3.
If currently studying in Canada, proof of:

One-year certificate OR
Two-year diploma OR
Completed Bachelor degree OR
Completed ESL level 8 at Yukon College

Sign a tri-partite agreement.
Sign a settlement and retention plan.

CRITICAL IMPACT WORKER ACT

Job offer in NOC C, D.
Six months of related work experience.
High school diploma.
Valid WP if already working in Yukon (implied status not accepted).
CELPIP 4/IELTS 4/TEF 3.
If currently studying in Canada, proof of:

One-year certificate OR
Two -year diploma OR
completed Bachelor degree OR
completed ESL level 8 at Yukon College
