Beaver Recruitment & Migration is a licensed Canadian immigration and global recruitment firm, providing professional services for individuals seeking to immigrate to Canada or work abroad. Since 2019 we have been offering expert guidance on Canadian visas, work permits, study permits, and permanent residence applications, supported by regulated immigration advice.
Alongside this, we provide South African immigration and compliance services, as well as international recruitment and placement of technical and skilled workers from South Africa, particularly into European and Canadian labour markets. Our combined focus on immigration strategy and workforce placement allows us to deliver practical, results-driven solutions for clients looking to move, work, and build a future abroad.

As the founder of Beaver Immigration Consulting, Nicholas brings a wide range of both business experience and immigration knowledge. As a Canadian citizen who successfully immigrated to South Africa, he understands the economic and emotional challenges associated with starting a new life in a foreign country.
Prior to moving to South Africa, he worked in the Canadian banking sector as a commercial underwriter. He developed structured debt products for syndicated commercial mortgages in the real estate industry. He knows how to get deals done.
Thabo Letsoalo
Thabo is our student placement specialist for Canadian colleges and universities. He is passionate about the academic success of Beaver’s clients. He possesses an unwavering drive for assisting others and helping them achieve their life goals.
He brings a collaborative and empathetic approach to every interaction and thrives on building relationships with students to help tailor his guidance to meet their unique needs.
